The StorMax™ J4501 is a 16U turnkey storage stack powered by dual Intel® Xeon® 5600 series processors and has been highly optimized for near-line and off-line secondary storage applications. Featuring up to 12 Intel® Xeon® processor core powering 3 additional 36-drive JBOD enclosures, the StorMax™ J4501 has been pre-configured to offer a total of 384TB of storage through 96x 3.5” hot swap drives. The StorMax™ J4501 was been designed for a variety of applications, including video and data streaming, disk-to-disk backup, data de-duplication and tier-2 data center storage.
