ACMA launches New 4U 36 Drive Storage Solution — 72TB in a 4U Space!
Fremont, CA — December 17, 2009 — ACMA , the leading custom server and storage builder in North America , is announcing a new 4U 36 drive storage solution. The HeliosXn-4202 is the world's first double-sided storage chassis, making it ideal for extra high density storage. Capable of holding up to 72 TB of storage in a 4U space, these systems offer an advanced redundant cooling design delivering optimal thermal efficiency , 36 hot swap 3.5 inch hard drives, and support for the Intel ® Xeon® Processor 5500 Series.
These new storage chassis feature the world's first fully redundant Platinum Level power supplies with PMBus™ functionality for superior power management, SES-2 features and enhanced hard drive trays, as well as 100% recyclable, palletized packaging.
